A note from the founder
Despite working in the fitness and nutrition industry for over 15 years, I still had my own struggles with sleep.
At the time, I was running a business, coaching clients all day and navigating life as a dad with a newborn at home. I could fall asleep, but I wasn’t truly recovering. I’d wake during the night with my mind racing, then drag myself through the next day exhausted.
And honestly, that scared me.
Because no matter how well I trained, ate or structured my routine, nothing seemed to fix the one thing that everything else depended on: quality sleep and recovery.
Like many people, I went searching for answers.
But the deeper I got into the supplement world, the more overwhelmed I became. Everywhere I looked there was conflicting advice, another expert promoting a different solution and endless products claiming to be the answer.
At one point I had an entire kitchen drawer full of supplements.
One for stress. One for relaxation. One for recovery. Another to help me stay asleep.
It felt expensive, complicated and unsustainable.
That frustration is ultimately what led to Hypnara.
I wanted to create something simpler. Something easy to take as part of my nighttime ritual to improve the quality of my sleep and recovery. Not a complicated stack of capsules every night.
Since creating Hypnara, the biggest difference for me hasn’t just been sleep itself.
It’s waking up feeling calmer, clearer and more restored the next day. Being more present with my family. Having more energy for training, business and life.
